This involved the Refurbishment of 10-Storey Residential Building at Ikoyi Lagos. The project involves refurbishment of 22 units of luxury apartments, with gym, swimming pool, etc.
The project is at post-contract stage with total contract sum of N3.3 Billion. Complete Cost Engineering of the project is being undertaking by Exact Cost Limited with Pleasant Design Concept Limited.
